| Abstract: | Cílem práce je analýza bytové výstavby jako zdroje přírůstku bytového fondu na území České republiky. Úvodní část práce se zaměří na nabídku a poptávku po bydlení v ekonomické teorii, základní teorie bytového trhu a nástroje bytové politiky. Její součástí bude dále vymezení obsahu, významu a základních forem opatření státu ve sféře bydlení, jako důležitého segmentu sociální politiky státu, spolu s obecnými faktory ovlivňující jejich fungování. Tato část práce bude zahrnovat i faktory identifikující a vysvětlující zvláštnosti společenského a ekonomického prostředí socialistického Československa, včetně dílčích etap historického vývoje státních intervencí na trhu s bydlením. Analytická část práce bude jednak orientována na hlavní faktory ovlivňující bytovou výstavbu, jednak budou v práci prezentovány, komentovány a analyzovány dostupné statistické údaje, jejich struktura a vývoj. V závěru této části diplomové práce bude provedena i analýza bytové výstavby a segmentované nabídky bytového fondu na území hlavního města Prahy a jeho okolí. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this work is an analysis of housing as a source of growth of housing in the Czech Republic. The introductory part will focus on supply and demand for housing in economic theory, basic theory of the housing market and housing policy instruments. It will include further defining the content, meaning and basic forms of State action in the sphere of housing as an important segment of the state social policy, along with the general factors affecting their operation. This part will include identifying the factors and explaining the particularities of social and economic environment of socialist Czechoslovakia, including the intermediate stages of historical development of state intervention in the housing market. The analytical part will be focused on the main factors affecting the housing. The factors will be presented, analyzed and commented on available statistical data, their structure and evolution. In the conclusion of the thesis will be the analysis of housing and segmented offers housing in the capital city of Prague and its surroundings. |
