| Abstract: | Pojistný podvod je rozsáhlou trestnou činností dnešní doby a jeho páchání způsobuje pojišťovnám velké ekonomické škody. Cílem diplomové práce na téma "Problematika pojistného podvodu v ČR" je zhodnotit současný stav problematiky pojistných podvodů v České republice z pohledu pojišťoven, orgánů činných v trestním řízení a nové právní úpravy, popsat způsoby odhalovaní a vyšetřování pojistných podvodů, charakterizovat pachatele, analyzovat nejčastější případy, typické způsoby páchání a zhodnotit statistiky a vývojové trendy z minulých let. V práci jsou vysvětleny principy detekce pojistných podvodů v pojišťovnách a preventivních opatření. Součástí práce je identifikace slabých míst v boji proti pojistnému podvodu. |

| Abstract: | The insurance fraud is frequent type of criminality at the present time. The perpetrators of this crime cause heavy economic damages to insurance companies. Objective of the thesis called "The insurance fraud in the Czech Republic" is to evaluate the current state of the problem of insurance fraud in the Czech Republic from the perspective of insurance companies, law enforcement authorities and new legislation. As well to describe the way of detection and investigation, characterize the offender, analyze the most frequent cases, typical methods of committing insurance fraud and to evaluate the statistics and trends from previous years. In the thesis are explained the principles of detecting insurance fraud in insurance companies and the preventive measures. Part of the thesis is to identify weaknesses in the fight against the insurance fraud. |
