| Abstract: | Cílem a posláním mé bakalářské práce je identifikace příčin hypoteční krize, jejich analýza a objasnění. Budu se zabývat genezí k této finanční krizi. Pokusím se rozpoznat významné společenské jevy, které dle mého názoru částečně zapříčinily tuto krizi, popíši monetární příčiny, ale taktéž příčiny legislativní a institucionální. Mám v záměru rovněž osvětlit proces sekuritizace a strukturace nových cenných papírů, analyzuji trh hypoték a následné implikace pro ekonomiku USA. Nejaktuálnější informace čerpám od ekonomů jako jsou Raghuram Rajan, Robert Shiller, James Barth a Nicholas Taleb. |

| Abstract: | In my Bachelor's Thesis I analyze the causes of the subprime mortgage crisis that affected mainly the USA. Into account are taken several points of view on the causes of the bubble. Analyzed are legal causes, technical causes with a deeper description of the process of securitization, as well as different types of mortgages and financial derivatives. The latest books from the fields of behavioral economics were used in order to provide fresh and comprenhensive insight into the current maelstorm. |
