| Abstract: | Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá česko-německou přeshraniční spoluprací Jihočeského kraje a spolkové země Bavorska v rámci strukturální politiky EU. V první části práce je představena strukturální politika se všemi svými aspekty a její implementace na území ČR. Druhá část, tvořící hlavní jádro práce, se přímo zaměřuje na přeshraniční spolupráci těchto dvou sousedních regionů. Nejprve je všeobecně charakterizována zkoumaná oblast s ohledem na vývoj vzájemných vztahů. Větší prostor je dál poskytnut analýze nynějšího stavu a úrovně kooperace v česko-bavorském příhraničí. Nejvíce pozornosti je věnováno probíhajícímu operačnímu programu přeshraniční spolupráce ČR- Svobodný stát Bavorsko 2007-2013, a to především aktuálnímu stavu čerpaných finančních prostředků a jeho organizační struktuře. V závěrečné části práce jsou uvedeny výsledky vlastního šetření, které bylo uskutečněno formou řízených rozhovorů s významnými subjekty daného programu, z něhož získané poznatky a názory sdělují čtenáři cenné informace z reality. V závěru je zhodnocena situace ve zkoumané oblasti, jsou vyzdvihnuta pozitiva i negativa programu a v neposlední řadě je predikován budoucí vývoj evropské přeshraniční spolupráce. |

| Abstract: | The submitted bachelor thesis deals with czech-german cross-border cooperation of South Bohemian region and federal state of Bavaria within the frame of the EU structural policy. In the first part of the thesis is introduced structural policy with its all aspects and its implementation in the area of Czech Republic. Second part, which creates the main core of the thesis, is focused on cross-border cooperation of those two neighbouring regions. Firstly is described the surveyed area regarding the development of mutual relations. More space is related to analysis of current state and level of their cooperation. The most attention is payed to ongoing operational programme Czech Republic-the Independent State of Bavaria 2007-2013, especially its actual state of drawing funds of EU and its organizational structure. In the final part of the thesis there are presented results of own inquiry. The inquiry was carried out in a form of conducted interviews with significant subjects of given program, whereof gained knowledge and opinions communicate to the reader valuable information from reality. In conclusion there is evaluated the whole situation in the surveyed area, there are highlighted positives and negatives of the program and last but not least there is prediction of future development of the European cross-border cooperation. |
