| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je zanalyzovat proces získávání zaměstnanců v konkrétní společnosti a zároveň z různých hledisek posoudit, která z metod získávání, jež podnik využívá, je ta nejvhodnější. Na základě analýz, třídění dat a porovnání budou provedena hodnocení jednotlivých metod a budou navržena doporučení, která by vedla ke zvýšení efektivnosti procesu. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyse the process of obtaining employees in the particular enterprise and at the same time explore from different points of view, which from the methods of obtaining that company uses, is the most convenient. Based on the analysis, data sorting and comparison are carried out evaluations of individual methods and will be proposed recommendations that would lead to more efficient process. |
