| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzování personální práce v konkrétním podniku -- porovnání praktické aplikace s dostupnými teoretickými poznatky a následné vyhodnocení spojené s návrhem případných opatření, které by zlepšily efektivitu personální práce ve sledované společnosti. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části -- část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část obsahuje informace o významu řízení lidských zdrojů, jeho souvislosti s celkovou strategií organizace a stručnou charakteristiku jednotlivých personálních činností. V praktické části uvádím charakteristiku firmy, její organizační strukturu, základní personální údaje a pokračuji analýzou personální práce a personálních činností v podniku. Na začátku každé kapitoly je procesní schéma, podle kterého v analýze postupuji. Na konci každé kapitoly shrnuji zjištěné skutečnosti. Na závěr jsem vyhodnotila úroveň personální práce ve společnosti a uvedla své návrhy optimalizace lidských zdrojů. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to analyze the personnel work in a concrete company -- the comparison of practical application with available theoretical knowledge and the subsequent evaluation related to the proposal of relevant measures that would improve effectiveness of personnel work in the monitored company. The thesis is divided into two parts -- theoretical and practical. The theoretical part contains information about the importance of human resources management, its relation to the overall strategy of the organization and brief characteristics of particular personnel activities. The practical part describes the characteristics of the company, its organizational structure, basic personal data and I continue with analysis of personnel work and personnel activities in the company. At the beginning of each chapter is a procedural scheme under which the analysis progresses. At the end of each chapter I summarize the findings, evaluate the level of personnel work in the company and introduce proposals for optimization of human resources. |
