| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá psychologickými aspekty zneužívání internetu na pracovišti. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak z psychologického hlediska nejrůznější faktory ovlivňují a podmiňují rozsah mimopracovních návštěv internetu zaměstnanců, zhodnotit přístupy a výsledky tří firem v oblasti zneužívání internetu, porovnat je mezi sebou a navrhnout postupy, jak stávající situaci řešit či zlepšit. Pro naplnění těchto záměrů byla použita metoda písemného dotazování zaměstnanců i představitelů společností formou účelových dotazníků. Práci uzavírá zjištění, které formulované předpoklady se potvrdily v empirickém zkoumání, a tudíž je lze využít v praxi, komplexní zhodnocení výsledků zaměstnanců jednotlivých firem a komparace jednotlivých řešení bezpečnosti a efektivity práce on-line. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor's thesis deals with the psychological aspects of Internet abuse in the workplace. The aim is to find out how various factors affect and determine the extent of employees' non-work visits to the Internet, to evaluate the attitudes and results of three companies in the field of abuse of the Internet, to compare them with each other and suggest ways to solve and improve the current situation. To achieve these objectives, there was used the method of written interrogation of the workers and the representatives of the companies by the means of questionnaires. The analysis concludes with the findings, which of the assumptions formulated in the empirical research confirmed, and therefore can be used in practice, with a comprehensive assessment of the results of employees in different companies and comparison of different solutions to the safety and efficiency of working online. |
