Cílem této práce je charakterizovat Hotel a restauraci Koníček, zjistit a popsat současný marketingový mix tohoto podniku. Na základě získaných informací zhodnotit situaci a navrhnout možná doporučení, kterými by podnik mohl zvýšit svoji konkurenceschopnost.
