| Abstract: | Tématem diplomové práce je analýza procesů knihovny VŠE. První část je věnována definování cílů a teorii podnikových procesů. Text vysvětluje pojem informační vzdělávání a informační gramotnost a propojuje tyto pojmy s procesní analýzou. Práce představuje profil knihovny a identifikované procesy pro optimalizaci. Ve druhé části jsou stanovené procesy podrobeny výchozí analýze a popsány v notaci EPC. Práce se zabývá pěti procesy s jejich podprocesy. Prvním procesem je školení v rámci výuky, následuje proces spolupráce mezi vyučujícími a knihovnou. Dalším procesem je kontrola plagiátů a využívání elektronických informačních zdrojů a závěrečných prací ve výuce a posledním procesem je zpětná vazba uživatelů. Závěr shrnuje práci a je doplněn o doporučení týkající se optimalizace zmiňovaných procesů. Cílem práce je navrhnout žádoucí stav fungování procesů a stanovené procesy informačního vzdělávání zkvalitnit tak, aby efektivně podporovaly nejen cíle a poslání knihovny, ale zároveň přispěly ke zvýšení informační gramotnosti studentů. |

| Abstract: | Theme of the diploma thesis is the analysis of the processes inside the library of the University of economics. The first part is dedicated to the definition of the goals of the thesis and to the theory of the company processes. The text interprets the term of information literacy and information education and links these terms with the procedural analysis. The thesis introduces the library and identified processes for optimalization. In the second part, the identified processes are analyzed and described in the EPC notation. The thesis describes five processes and their sub-processes. The first process is the educational program, the next process is the cooperation between the university teachers and the library. Another process is the the control of the plagiarism and the use of electronical sources and thesis in the education. The last described process is the feedback from the users. The conclusion summarises the thesis and is coupled with the recommendation about the optimalization of the described processes. The goal of the thesis is to optimalize the defined processes of the informational education in the library and to improve the quality of them, so they can effectively aid the goals of the library, but also to improve the information literacy of the students. |
