| Abstract: | Cílem mé práce je popsat vývoj přístupu k obnovitelným zdrojům (speciálně fotovoltaiky) z pohledu Evropské unie, České republiky i energetického mixu. Smyslem první kapitoly je popsat důležité historické milníky evropské legislativy, která se vztahuje k obnovitelným zdrojům a vytyčit nejdůležitější události, které posunuly evropskou energetickou politiku směrem k většímu využívání obnovitelných zdrojů. Část této kapitoly bude také věnována hodnotícím zprávám Komise EU, které určují míru pokroku jednotlivých členských zemí v souladu s platnými směrnicemi. V druhé kapitole se zaměřím na srovnání jednotlivých, nejvíce využívaných, typů elektráren, charakterizuji jejich výhody a nevýhody vzhledem k okolí, ovzduší, ekonomice či cenám elektřiny. Pozornost bude věnována jak konvenčním palivům (ropa, zemní plyn, uhlí), tak hlavně zdrojům obnovitelným (větrná a vodní energie, biomasa a fotovoltaika) a nakonec i energii jaderné. Třetí kapitola už bude zaměřena na Českou republiku, vývoj její energetické politiky a hlavně na situaci, která vznikla legislativními změnami v roce 2010, jejím přímým i nepřímým dopadem a nakonec výhledem do budoucna. |

| Abstract: | I intend to describe the evolution of access to renewable resources (especially photovoltaics) from the perspective of the European Union, the Czech Republic and the energy mix. The purpose of the first chapter is to describe the important historical milestones of European legislation which applies to renewable resources and to set the most important events that have pushed the European energy policy towards renewable resources. Part of this chapter will be devoted to the evaluation reports of the EU Commission, that determine the rate of progress of member countries according to applicable directives. In the second chapter I will focus on the comparison of most used types of power plants, describe their advantages and disadvantages regarding to the environment, pollution, economic, and electricity prices. Attention will be paid to conventional fuels (oil, natural gas, coal) and also renewable resources (wind, hydro, biomass and photovoltaics), and at last nuclear energy. The third chapter will focus on the Czech Republic, the development of its energy policy and especially on the situation created by legislative changes in 2010, its direct and indirect impact, and eventual development in the future. |
