| Abstract: | Má práce je zaměřena na právní a účetní vymezení cenných papírů, jejich dělení podle druhu, formy a dalších faktorů. Dále se zaměřuji v rámci zjednodušení především na akcie a dluhopisy jejich oceňování a vykazování. Práce dále zahrnuje zjednodušený příklad, který porovnává metody ocenění cenných papírů, platných podle IFRS s jejich dopadem na základní finanční ukazatele. V závěru jsem se pokusil velice stručně porovnat mezinárodní účetní systém IAS/IFRS a americký US GAAP a přidal jsem několik informací z oblasti obchodů s cennými papíry a z oblasti zveřejňování. |

| Abstract: | My work focuses on legal and accounting definition of securities distributed according to the type, form and other factors.It will focus in particular on simplification of stocks and bonds, their measurement and reporting. Work also includes a simlified example, which compares the methods of valuation of securities in accordance with IFRS applicable to their different impacts on basic finacial indicators. At the conclusion I tried to briefly compare the international financial system IAS/IFRS and US GAAP, and I added some informations from the securities trading and publishing. |
