| Abstract: | Práce pojednává o české tradiční společnosti Druchema, která distribuuje na trh produkty z oblasti chemie, lepidel, barev na textil nebo výrobky pro sport. Autor vychází z teorie marketingového mixu, sortimentu a uplatňovaných analýz. Pomocí analýzy jednotlivých řad jsou určeny výrobky, které by se měly dále podporovat anebo naopak vyřadit. Je zde vysvětlena závislost sortimentu na restrukturalizaci podniku a finanční krizi. Práce se zaměřuje na dílčí část sortimentu -- velikonoční produkty. |

| Abstract: | The thesis describes Czech traditional company Druchema that distributes to market products from the field of chemistry, glues, textile paints and sport products. Author results from the theory of marketing mix, product assortment and applied analysis. By analysing the individual series author identifies products that need further support or exclude from the assortment. The work explains the assortment dependence on restructuring and financial crisis. The thesis focuses on the partial section of assortment -- Easter products. |
