| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá projektem "Naše kavárna", který byl založen neziskovou organizací Lékořice, jako příležitost pracovních míst pro příbuzné dlouhodobě hospitalizovaných pacientů. Teoretická část se zabývá marketingovými zásadami v oblasti služeb a především pohostinství. Praktická část pomocí marketingového výzkumu aplikuje teorii na reálný projekt, popisuje současnou situaci a přichází s návrhy a doporučeními ohledně zlepšení marketingu kavárny. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with project "Naše kavárna"("Our café"), which was established by the non-profit organization Lékořice, as an opportunity to create job vacancies for relatives of long term hospitalized patients. The theoretical section provides insight into the marketing principles used in the service sector and above all, in hospitality. The practical section through the use of marketing research, applies the theory on the actual project, describes the current situation, and arrives with plans and recommendations on how to improve the marketing of the café. |
