| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá situací spotřebitele v oblasti letecké dopravy na území EU. Analyzuje současnou situaci v letecké dopravě a poskytuje rozbor legislativy upravující práva spotřebitele. Cílem práce je analýza dodrţení práv spotřebitelů leteckými společnostmi a úrovně informovanosti spotřebitelů. Práce se dotýká i bezpečnosti na letištích, kterou hodnotí z hlediska spotřebitelů. Pouţitou metodou sběru primárních informací je internetový dotazník a sebraná data jsou zpracována pomocí metod popisné statistiky a regresní analýzy. Uskutečněné šetření detekuje nedostatečné dodrţení práv spotřebitelů leteckými společnostmi a nízkou úroveň informovanosti spotřebitelů. Na základě regresní závislosti mezi těmito proměnnými práce přináší doporučení na intenzivní zvyšování informovanosti spotřebitelů. |

| Abstract: | The Bachelor's Thesis deals with the consumer situation in the field of Air transport in the EU. It analyzes the current situation in the airline industry and provides a study of the legislation in the field of Air Passenger Rights. The aim of this thesis is the analysis of airline compliance with the rights of air travellers and the consumers' awareness. The thesis is also concerned with the airport security from the consumer's point of view. The method used for a primary data collection was an Internet questionnaire. The collected data were processed by methods of descriptive statistics and regression analysis. The survey detects that the airline compliance with the legislation is insufficient and the level of consumer awareness is very low. On the basis of a correlation between these variables the thesis recommends increase of consumer awareness. |
