| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je poskytnout výstižný přehled o současné situaci podnikání v autobusové dopravě, ukázat rozdíly ve výkonech velkého a malého podniku v rámci tohoto oboru a zároveň poukázat na problémy, které se zde vyskytují. V úvodních kapitolách je upřena pozornost k teoretickým problémům a jejich charakterizaci (jako jsou dopravní politika či dopravní obsluha) a metodologické průpravě potřebné pro část praktickou, která se bude zabývat výzkumem reálné situace dvou současných subjektů podnikajících na českém trhu -- Dopravního podniku hl. města Prahy a.s. a České silniční autobusové dopravy (ČSAD) Vsetín a.s. Rozdíly jsou znázorněny pomocí několika klíčových ukazatelů (provozně-technických, ekonomických, atd.), přičemž hlavním podkladem zde jsou výroční zprávy obou společností a interní zdroje poskytnuté pracovníkem ČSAD Vsetín. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this work is to provide a concise overview of the current situation in the bus transport business, show differences in performance of large and small enterprise in this field and highlight the problems that are occurring here as well. The introductory chapters focus on theoretical problems and their characterization (such as transport policy and transport service) and methodological preparation necessary for the practical part, which pays attention to research of the actual situation of two current subjects operating on the Czech market -- DP hl. m. Praha and ČSAD Vsetín. The confrontation in using several key performance indicators (operational, technical, economic, etc.), the main base there are two companies' annual reports and internal resources provided by the employee of ČSAD Vsetín. |
