| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je definovat klíčové faktory, které podmiňují vybudování efektivních týmů. V první části práce jsou definovány pojmy tým a teambuilding a dále jsou detailně rozebrány jednotlivé prvky teambuildingu. Jedná se o přijímání pracovníků do pracovního poměru, charakteristiky správného vedoucího, stanovení cílů pracovníkům, podmínky dlouhodobé výkonnosti týmu, zábavné akce a výcvikové programy. V následující části práce je provedena analýza týmu administrativních pracovnic ve společnosti Plzeňský Prazdroj, a. s.. Při šetření byla využita metoda rozhovorů, dotazníků a pozorování. Dalším východiskem práce bylo studium firemní dokumentace. Díky analýze bylo zjištěno, že společnost má velmi propracovaný systém výběru pracovníků, stanovování cílů a dlouhodobého budování týmu, avšak plně nevyužívá potenciál výcvikových programů. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this bachelor thesis is to define key factors which contribute to effective teambuilding. There are defined terms such as team and teambuilding in the first section. Subsequently, the thesis concentrates on the detailed analysis of individual teambuilding factors. In this part, hiring of employees, characteristics of a good team leader, setting goals of employees, conditions of long-term team effectivity, diverting and training programmes are concerned. In the second section the analysis of a team of administrative workers of Plzeňský Prazdroj, a. s. is carried out. This analysis is based on interviews with team workers, but also questionnaires, observation and the study of corporate materials were used. Thanks to this analysis I found out that the corporation has perfect system of employees selection, goals setting and long-term teambuilding. However, They do not take full advantage of training programmes. |
