| Abstract: | Diplomová práce na téma "Strategie podniku" je obsahově zaměřená na zpracování strategické analýzy podniku a z ní vyvozených závěrů, které ústí do strategie budoucího vývoje podniku. Hlavní výsledek práce je stanovení strategie, kterou by se měla firma řídit po překonání krize, která byla vyvolána ztrátou nejobjemnější zakázky. Podnik SETJA s.r.o. je v této práci pomocí externí analýzy, interní analýzy, analýzy odvětví a analýzy konkurence detailně popsán a jsou vytyčeny problémové oblasti. Na tyto problémové oblasti jsou navržena opatření, která jsou shrnuta v samotné strategii podniku. |

| Abstract: | Thesis on "business strategy" is focused on content analysis of strategic business process and its conclusions to be drawn, which lead to future business development strategy. The main result of this work is the strategy, that would drive the company had overcome the crisis that was triggered by the loss of most voluminous contract. SETJA Company Ltd. In this work through external analysis, internal analysis, analysis of industry and competitor analysis are described in detail and set out the problem areas. These problem areas are the proposed measures, which are summarized in the actual business strategy. |
