| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zkoumání rozdílů mezi muži a ženami ve vybraných oblastech genderové statistiky -- vzdělání, práce a mezd. Pomocí veřejně dostupných údajů z Českého statistického úřadu je získán podklad pro toto šetření, které je obohaceno vlastním dotazníkem. Zkoumání je provedeno různými statistickými metodami a ukazateli. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část definuje základní pojmy a popisuje obecně použité statistické metody. V druhé části je postupně zkoumán vývoj vzdělanostní struktury obyvatelstva od roku 1950, se zaměřením na detailnější vývoj osob v terciárním vzdělávání. Poslední část je zaměřena na oblast práce a mezd, kde je obyvatelstvo analyzováno z různých pohledů v návaznosti na výši dosahovaných hrubých měsíčních mezd a v závislosti na nejvyšším dokončeném vzdělání. Obě části jsou doplněny o analýzu dat z dotazníku včetně induktivních úsudků na populaci Prahy a Středočeského kraje. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the differences between men and women in selected areas of gender statistics-education, labour and earnings. Data for this investigation is garthered from Czech Statistical Office and supported with own questionnaire. Exploration of this areas is carried out by various statistical methods and indicators. The project is divided into three parts. The first part defines basic concepts and explains the principles of statistical methods. The second part examines the gradual evolution of the educational structure of the population since 1950, while also focusing on the detailed development of people in tertiary education. The last part maps the area of labor and earnings, where the population is analyzed from various perspectives in relation to the level achieved gross monthly wages, includes dependence on the highest completed education. All the parts are supplemented by an analysis of data from the questionnaire and inductive judgments on population of Prague and Central Bohemia. |
