| Abstract: | Abstrakt: Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou mezinárodní migrace do České republiky. Součástí textu je úvod do zvolené problematiky. Práce pak popisuje teoretické pojetí migrace a vymezuje jednotlivé její typy, faktory, příčiny a stádia; detailně rozebírá řazení migrantů podle administrativně-legálního statutu. Dále prostřednictvím tabulek, grafů a údajů Českého statistického úřadu je popsán současný vývoj migrace do ČR a její možný dopad na české hospodářství. Práce obsahuje rovněž popis legislativy České republiky, která vymezuje práva a povinnosti migrantů. V závěru práce je uvedeno shrnutí dopadů migrantů na ekonomiky ČR a vlastní názor, jak by se mohla zdokonalit migrační politika v prospěch České republiky. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the international migration to the Czech Republic. Text also includes the introduction to this theme. Then the there are theoretical concepts and explanation of particular types, factors, reasons and stages of migration; there is parsing in detail of migrants according to their administrative-legal status as well. Then there is an explanation of current development of migration to the Czech Republic and its possible influence on the Czech economy by means of tables, graphs and data from Czech Statistical Office. The bachelor thesis contains description of particular legislation which deals with rights and obligations of migrants in the Czech Republic. At ending there is a summary of total impact of foreigners on the labour market of the Czech Republic and also my ideas how to perfectionise the migration policy in favour of the Czech Republic. |
