| Abstract: | Předmětem této bakalářské práce je v prvé řádě představení podnikatelského plánu v obecné rovině, přičemž pozornost je věnována definováním pojmu podnikatelský plán, důvodům sestavování, požadavkům, formám a struktuře tohoto dokumentu. V této teoretické části jsou také prezentována kritéria posouzení ekonomické výhodnosti projektu, zahrnující statické a dynamické metody hodnocení investic. Následuje část praktická, ve které je představen konkrétní podnikatelský plán. Jedná se o projekt výstavby malé komerční čerpací stanice, který bude s největší pravděpodobností v dohledné době realizován společností Proton, s.r.o., sídlící v Protivíně. Tato praktická část podnikatelského plánu bude prezentována vedení společnosti Proton a poslouží jako zdroj informací a analýz, které budou po korekturách a doplněních použity pro formulaci skutečného podnikatelského plánu. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is firstly to present the business plan in general terms, with a particular focus on the definition, the reasons for its formulation, the form and structure of this document. The criteria of the investment decision-making are also included in this theoretical part, containing static as well as dynamic methods of the investment evaluation. Afterwards, the practical part is introduced, comprising a specific business plan formulation. This business plan deals with the project of the construction of a small commercial filling station, which will most likely be carried out by Proton, s.r.o. company based in Protivín in due course. The practical part will also be provided to the management of Proton company and serve as a source of information and analysis, which after extensions and corrections will be used for the formulation of the company's own real business plan. |
