| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá moderní formou podnikání a to franchisingu. Je rozdělena do dvou hlavní částí. V první části je vyložen výklad pojmu franchisingu, jsou vymezeny jeho druhy a možné formy expanze franchisových systémů na zahraniční trhy. V této části jsou také vymezeny výhody a nevýhody, které z této formy podnikání mohou vyplynout. V druhé části se pak zabývám uplatněním franchisingu na konkrétní firmě a to Mistic, spol. s.r.o. Na této firmě jsou analyzovány konkrétní prvky franchisingu vycházející z první části a celá tato část je doplněna výhodami a nevýhodami, které pro tuto konkrétní firmu vyplývají. |

| Abstract: | My work deals with the franchising as a modern method of market entry. My work is divided into two main parts. The first part is about the meaning of the word franchising and his different types and possible forms of expansion of franchising to foreing markets. I also analyze the possible advantages and disadvantages of a particular company Mistic. The second part shows the application of franchising to specific company Mistic. On this part is supplemented by advantages and disadvantages of this specific company. |
