| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o systému vzdělávání sítě prodejců ve společnosti Renault Česká republika. Cílem práce bylo popsat současný stav systému, zanalyzovat ho a navrhnout případná zlepšení. Součástí práce je také dotazníkové šetření mezi prodejci, jež má za úkol poskytnout reálný pohled na situaci a názor prodejců na jednotlivé kapitoly vzdělávání. Na základě výsledků z dotazníkového šetření pak práce obsahuje doporučení a návrhy na zlepšení stávajícího systému. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's work is about the educating system of sales representatives at Renault CZ company. It aims at highlighting the current situation of this system, analysing it and suggesting any potential improvements. Questionaire is also part of this work. It's purpose is to reflect the reality and the opinion of sales representatives on each chapters of education. The suggestions for the current system are based on the results of the questionaire. |
