| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá finanční analýzou podniku Ferona, a. s. v období mezi roky 2005 a 2009. Je rozdělena do tří větších částí. První část je metodická a popisuje ukazatele, modely a metody, které budou použity dále. Druhá část obsahuje představení společnosti a ve třetí, praktické, části jsou získané poznatky aplikovány na podnik Ferona, a. s. V této nejobsáhlejší části je nejdříve provedena horizontální a vertikální analýza rozvahy a výkazu zisku a ztráty, poté analýza poměrových ukazatelů, bonitních a bankrotních modelů. Následuje porovnání v rámci holdingu a odvětví. Na závěr je provedena SWOT analýza a celkové zhodnocení sledovaného podniku. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the financial analysis of Ferona company between 2005 and 2009. It is divided into three parts. The first part is methodological and describes indicators, models and methods that will be used after. Next part contains an introduction of the company and in the last part is the methodological knowledge applied to the Ferona (the horizontal and vertical analysis of the balance sheet, the income statement, the analysis of the ratio indicators and bankruptcy models). The company is compared within the holding and the average of the industry. There are SWOT analysis and overall assessment of the reporting company at the end of the thesis. |
