| Abstract: | Tématem této práce je strategie CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) a její aplikace ve vybrané společnosti. První část popisuje teorii vztahující se k tomuto tématu, jako je historie CSR, definice CSR, standardy vytvořené k měření CSR a integrace této strategie do strategie firmy. Druhá část popisuje příklad jak je tato strategie využívána ve vybrané společnosti, v tomto případě ve skupině RWE, s detailnějším zaměřením na její působení v České republice. |

The second part describes an example of how this strategy is used in a particular company, in this case in the RWE Group, with a more detailed look on its performance in the Czech Republic. |
