| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zanalyzovat procesy získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve farmaceutické společnosti Zentiva k.s. První, teoretická část je úvodem do problematiky náboru zaměstnanců; charakterizuje všeobecné principy získávání a výběru zaměstnanců, popisuje doporučené postupy a slouží jako podklad pro analýzu. Praktická část představuje společnost Zentiva k.s., analyzuje její personální činnosti, personální atraktivitu organizace a procesy získávání a výběru zaměstnanců a principy a zásady, jimiž se řídí. V poslední části jsou tyto činnosti zhodnoceny, porovnány se získanými teoretickými poznatky a v případě potřeby jsou poskytnuty návrhy ke zlepšení. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this Bachelor's Thesis is to analyze the processes of recruitment and selection of pharmaceutical company Zentiva k.s.. The theoretical part is an introduction into the recruitment, characterizes the general principles of recruitment and selection, describes the recommended practices and serves as a basis for analysis. The practical part of the thesis is introducing Zentiva company, analyzes its personnel activities, personnel attractiveness of the organization, processes of recruitment and selection, and governing principals and foundations. In the last part those activities are evaluated, compared with the theoretical knowledge acquired and, if necessary, are provided suggestions for improvement. |
