| Abstract: | Práce je zaměřena na vzdělávání a rozvoj manažerů ve společnosti AV MEDIA a.s. Konkrétním cílem mé práce je provést analýzu systému vzdělávání a rozvoje manažerů v dané firmě, jejímž výstupem je zobrazení slabých a silných stránek systému a návrhy na jeho optimalizaci. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy, jako jsou vzdělávání a rozvoj a role manažera v podniku. Dále se věnuje jednotlivým fázím vzdělávacího cyklu, mezi něž patří identifikace potřeby vzdělávání, plánování, realizace a vyhodnocení. Praktická část obsahuje přestavení společnosti AV MEDIA a.s. spolu s analýzou systému vzdělávání manažerů, který je ve firmě nastaven. Analýza je provedena na základě rozhovoru s HR manažerkou firmy, rozboru interních dokumentů a dotazníkového šetření mezi manažery dané společnosti. Na závěr práce je uvedeno shrnutí provedené analýzy a vyhodnocení systému spolu s případnými návrhy na zdokonalení v souladu s moderními trendy a znalostmi. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis focuses on education and development of managers at AV Media. The aim of the work is to analyze the manager training system and development in the company by emphasizing the strengths and weaknesses of the system and proposing optimization methods. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts, such as training and development and the role of the manager in the company. Further the various stages of the training cycle, including identification of training needs, planning, implementation and evaluation are discussed. The practical part includes possible adjustments of AV MEDIA with an analysis of the manager education system, which is set in the company. The analysis is based on an interview with the HR manager of the company, internal documents and a questionnaire survey among the managers of the company. The last part includes a summary of the analysis and an evaluation system together with proposals for improvements following the latest trends and knowledge in the field. |
