| Abstract: | Práce se zaměřuje na shrnutí základních teoretických poznatků v oblasti motivace a pracovní spokojenosti a následné provedení analýzy motivace a spokojenosti ve vybraném podniku, jejímž cílem je zjistit úroveň motivace pracovníků, identifikovat faktory spokojenosti a nespokojenosti a na základě získaných dat navrhnout možná řešení problematických oblastí. Analýze byl podroben vzorek pracovníků výrobního útvaru podniku Europrint a.s. K provedení výzkumu byla využita metoda dotazníkového šetření. Respondenti odpovídali na otázky týkající se oblastí pracovní náplně, mzdových podmínek a odměňování, pracovních podmínek a prostředí, vedení zaměstnanců a vztahů na pracovišti. |

| Abstract: | The thesis focuses on summarising the basic theoretical knowledge in the field of motivation and job satisfaction. It further analyses motivation and satisfaction in the selected company, aiming to determine the level of employee motivation and satisfaction. It identifies factors of dissatisfaction and suggests possible solutions to problem areas on the basis of the data. The analysis was carried out on the production staff of Europrint stock company. Survey metodology to research this area was by way of questionnaire survey. The respondents answered questions about routine matters, labour conditions and wage, working conditions and environment, management and relationships in the workplace. |
