| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je provést analýzu péče o zaměstnance v hotelu. V teoretické části je nejprve popsána povinná péče o zaměstnance tak, jak ji ukládá Zákoník práce, a poté dobrovolná péče zaměřená na zaměstnanecké výhody. V praktické části jsou tyto oblasti péče o zaměstnance zkoumány na vybraném hotelu. Na závěr je proveden průzkum spokojenosti zaměstnanců s péčí o pracovníky, na jehož základě je následně provedena analýza a současně jsou navržena konkrétní doporučení. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this study is to analyze the care of employees in the hotel. In the theoretical part first describes the duty of care to employees, as it requires the labor code, and then voluntary care focused on employee benefits. In the practical part those areas of care workers are investigated at the selected hotel. In the end, an employee satisfaction survey with care workers is provided, whose results are then analyzed and at the same time are being proposed specific recommendations. |
