| Abstract: | Tématem této bakalářské práce je koncipování business modelu e-služby Online směnárna s důrazem na procení hledisko na tento subjekt, které je formulováno modelem podnikových procesů. Tato služba by měla poskytovat svým uživatelům dostupný prostor na internetu, kde bude možné vyhledávat obchodní partnery a sjednávat valutové obchody. V úvodní kapitole je konkretizováno téma práce, její cíle a struktura. V druhé kapitole jsou nastíněny obecné principy a hodnoty, na kterých je systém stavěn. Třetí kapitola přináší pohled na vnější okolí zpracovávaného subjektu, které je tvořeno jeho uživateli, zdroji a konkurenčním prostředím, ve kterém se pohybuje. Následující čtvrtá kapitola obsahuje procesní hledisko na business Online směnárny, s doplňujícím komentářem k jednotlivým namodelovaným procesům. Pátá kapitola přináší pohled na finanční stránku zpracovávaného subjektu a na potenciální zdroje, ze kterých mohou plynout jeho příjmy. V šesté kapitole jsou analyzována legislativní témata, ve spojitosti se subjektem, a je zde také koncipován pohled na stěžejní právní povinnosti, spjaté s její činností a fungováním. Sedmá kapitola nahlíží na technologické nároky zpracovávaného subjektu a přináší návrh možné podoby front-office rozhraní systému, které slouží pro styk s veřejností. Osmá kapitola přináší finální zhodnocení služby jako celku. Shrnutí výsledků, ke kterým bylo v práci dospěno, se nachází v jejím závěru. |

| Abstract: | Subject of this bachelor thesis is a creation of a business model of an e-service called Online směnárna with a special emphasis on process aspects of this subject, which are formalized by a business process model. This service should provide to its users an accessible place on the internet, where it is possible to search for business partners and negotiate exchange transactions. In the opening chapter is concretized the subject of the work, the aims of the work and its structure. In the second chapter are outlined general principles and values upon which is the system built. Third chapter introduces a focus on external surroundings of the subject, which are composed by its users, sources and the competitive environment, in which the subject is operating. The next fourth chapter contains the process aspects of the business of Online směnárna with complementary notes to each modeled process. Fifth chapter focuses on financial issues of the subject and potential sources out of which its revenues might come. In the sixth chapter are analyzed legal issues in the connection with the subject and a look on legal duties connected to subject's activities and function is also conceived. The seventh chapter regards with technological demands of the subject and brings a design of a possible form of a front-office interface of the system, which serves to public relations. Eighth chapter brings final evaluation of the service as a whole. The recapitulation of the results that were attained in the work could be found in the epilogue. |
