| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá manažerským řídicím systémem a jeho motivačními funkcemi. V teoretické části práce je stručně popsán manažerský řídicí systém a jeho jednotlivé prvky. Největší pozornost je pak věnována řízení podle výsledků. Hlavním cílem aplikační části práce je popis odměňování zaměstnanců ve společnosti Klatovské zdraví, a.s. a jeho porovnání s příklady řízení podle výsledků, které jsou uváděny v odborné literatuře. Dále jsou zde uvedeny přínosy a problémy, s nimiž se společnost setkala při implementaci tohoto systému. Praktická část rovněž obsahuje popis podnikatelského prostředí, v němž firma působí (tj. prodej léčiv a zdravotních pomůcek). Prodej, jakož i personální řízení v tomto odvětví podléhá značně regulaci ze strany státu, což ovlivňuje podobu, ale i fungování řízení podle výsledků ve zmiňovaném podniku. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with management control system and its motivational function. The theoretical part of the thesis briefly describes the management control system and its elements. It is mainly focused on the results controls. The main goal of the practical part of the thesis is the description of the incentive compensation system design in the company Klatovské zdraví, a.s. The compensation system is compared with the typical examples of the results controls mentioned in the professional literature. The advantages and problems connected with the implementation of the system are mentioned, as well. The practical part contains the description of the main features of the company's business environment (sale of pharmaceuticals), because selling these goods and human resource management in this branch underlies the notable government regulation, which affects the design and function of the results controls in the above mentioned firm. |
