| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá problematikou mobilních platebních prostředků. Uvedený způsob platby je relativně nový, nabízí však potenciál k tomu, aby se v budoucnosti stal běžným platebním nástrojem. Mobilní a bezkontaktní technologie se neustále vyvíjejí a jejich využití v moderních platbách je stále populárnější. Jsou-li však současní uživatelé připraveni přejít na nový způsob platby, to napoví až čas. Cílem práce je seznámit čtenáře s pojmem "mobilní platba", se způsoby mobilních plateb, které jsou dnes k dispozici a se směřováním jejich vývoje. V první části práce je definován pojem mobilních plateb a popsány jejich charakteristiky, druhá část popisuje způsoby mobilních plateb a třetí část se zabývá mobilními platebními modely ve světě. Závěrečná část práce obsahuje vyhodnocení průzkumu týkajícího se povědomí a využívání mobilních plateb českou veřejností. Čtenář této práce by měl získat ucelený pohled na problematiku mobilních plateb. Práce by mu rovněž měla poskytnout představu o možných řešeních mobilních plateb, jejich silných a slabých stránkách a měla by čtenáři nabídnout i informace potřebné k posouzení, zdali by uvedené způsoby platby využil. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is dealt with a topic of mobile payments. Even though the mobile payment method is relatively new, it offers a great opportunity to become a common payment instrument in the future. Mobile and contactless technologies are developing constantly and their application in current payments is becoming increasingly popular. However, only time will show if customers are really ready to accept these methods in general. The goal of this work is to introduce the term "mobile payment" to the reader. Furthermore, it explains methods of mobile payments which are available today and the direction of their development. In the first part, there is a definition of the term "mobile payments" and their characteristics are described. The second part defines the methods of mobile payments and the third part deals with mobile payment models in the world. The final part contains an evaluation of the attached questionnaire, which investigates with the awareness and usage of mobile payment in public. The reader of this work should get a comprehensive view on the topic of mobile payments. The work should also provide important clues about possible solutions for mobile payments, their strengths and weaknesses. In addition to that the reader should learn information, which is necessary to assess whether or not he would use these advanced payment methods. |
