| Abstract: | Na modelovém příkladu cestovní kanceláře je v první části rozebrána organizační struktura decentralizované společnosti a zhodnoceno, zda je tato struktura vhodná. Druhá část řeší systém hodnocení prodejců v konkrétním regionu v čtvrtletí leden -- březen 2011 a navrhuje jeho zlepšení. |

Its first part analyzes the company's decentralized organizational structure and assesses whether this structure is appropriate. The second part gives an evaluation of a regional selling system during the first quarter 2011 and suggests possible improvements. |
