| Abstract: | Tato práce obsahuje dvě základní části. V první, teoreticko-metodologické, se čtenář dozví, jak má vypadat úspěšný podnikatelský plán a co všechno musí obsahovat. Jednotlivé části podnikatelského plánu, jako například operační plán, finanční plán či analýza okolí podniku, jsou zde detailně představeny. Druhá část této práce je praktická a klade si za cíl zpracování podnikatelského plánu na rozvoj Jezdecké školy. Tento konkrétní podnikatelský plán by měl dále ukázat, zda je toto podnikání možné realizovat, a zda bude výhodné pro případného investora. |

| Abstract: | This work has two basic parts. In the first, theoretical and methodological, the reader learns how has to a successful business plan looks like and what has to be included in it. Individual parts of the business plan as an operational plan, financial plan or analysis surroundings of the company, are presented in detail. The second part of this work is practical and its aim is writing a business plan for Riding school development. This particular business plan should also show whether the business can be realized, and whether it will be advantageous for an investor. |
