| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je konfrontovat ekonomiku fotbalového klubu FC Viktoria Plzeň s novými finančními pravidly Evropské fotbalové asociace -- UEFA Club Licensing and Financial Fair Play Regulations. V úvodní části jsou rozebrána personální, administrativní, legislativní a finanční kritéria, které musí klub do budoucna splňovat. Praktická část poté analyzuje všechny tyto oblasti. Dále je zde zpracován profil fotbalového klubu. Tato část je založená na finanční analýze, která vychází z účetních výkazů klubu. Je zde zachycen vývoj hospodaření, obsaženo je i porovnání vývoje jednotlivých ukazatelů s vývojem HDP České republiky. Následuje analýza sportovních výsledků klubu a SWOT analýza, charakterizující současnou situaci klubu. V závěrečné části je zhodnocena míra splnění cílů směrnice UEFA a je navržen budoucí finanční plán hospodaření klubu pro případ, že se v nadcházející sezóně kvalifikuje do hlavní části soutěže Liga Mistrů. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this work is to confront economy of football club FC Viktoria Plzeň with new regulations of the Union of European Football Associations - UEFA. It is based on new legislative document - Club Licensing and Financial Fair Play. The first part analyzes personnel, administrative, legislative and financial criteria according to this document. The practical part then confronts regulations with the real situation of the club. Club's profile consists of financial analysis, which is based on club's accounting reports, and records the development of financial indicators. There is also included comparison of various indicators with GDP of the Czech Republic. Next part consists of an analysis of club's sporting results and SWOT analysis, characterizing the current situation of the club. The final section summarizes fulfillment of the UEFA objectives. Last chapter suggests the future financial plan in case the club will qualify for the main group stage of the Champions League competition in the upcoming season. |
