| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je popis a analýza nového systému nemocenského pojištění, který byl zaveden zákonem č. 187/2006 Sb., o nemocenském pojištění, ve znění pozdějších předpisů od 1.1.2009. Po úvodu následuje kapitola, která teoreticky popisuje změny v systému nemocenského pojištění a srovnává je s původním systémem. Třetí kapitola analyzuje dopady změn na pojištěnost a jednotlivé ukazatele nemocnosti v České republice, stanovuje trendy vývoje těchto ukazatelů a porovnává míru závislosti nemocnosti před a po reformě nemocenského systému. Čtvrtá kapitola popisuje vliv změn na příjmy a výdaje státního rozpočtu. Závěr shrnuje celou práci a hodnotí efektivitu nového systému nemocenského pojištění. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to summarize and analyze the new sickness insurance system which has been regulated through the Act No. 187/2006 Coll. on sickness insurance as amended since 1st January 2009. After the introduction follows chapter which theoretically describes changes in sickness insurance system and compares them to the old system. The third chapter analyzes impacts of the changes on number of sickness insured persons and other sickness rates in the Czech Republic, it determinates its trends and compares sickness rates before and after reform of sickness insurance system. The fourth chapter describes impact of changes on state budget receipts and expenditures. Conclusion is summarizing all the thesis and evaluating effectiveness of the new sickness insurance system. |
