| Abstract: | Touto prací chceme upozornit na oboustranný vztah (závislost) člověka a informací, jehoţ významnost se zásadním způsobem zvyšuje s rozvojem tzv. informační společnosti. Nejprve vymezíme základní pojmy a přístupy, týkající se této problematiky, a následně rozebereme některé problémy, které ze zmiňovaného vztahu pramení. Zdůrazníme především individualitu interpretace a vliv informací na rozhodování a jednání člověka a některé moţnosti jeho zneuţití. V závěru práce se potom budeme věnovat informační společnosti, jako celku, a jejímu současnému a moţnému budoucímu vývoji, k čemuţ nám poslouţí, v české literatuře sporadicky zmiňovaný, tzv. evolučně-kybernetický model společnosti. |

| Abstract: | This thesis draws attention to two-way relationship between a man and information which significance is substantially increased with the development of so-called information society. First we define the basic concepts and approaches on this issue and then some issues that arise from the above mentioned relationship will be discussed. We will emphasize particularity of interpretation of information and influence of information on decisions and actions of man and possibilities of its misuse. In the end the attention will be paid to the information society as a whole and to its current and likely future developments. We will use, in the Czech literature rarely mentioned, evolutionary-cybernetic model of society. |
