| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je vypracovat provozní studii vybraného pohostinského zařízení, zhodnotit jeho současnou situaci -- rozsah a kvalitu nabízených služeb a vybavení, a na základě provedené komparace s konkurenčními zařízeními určit slabé a silné stránky provozovny a její postavení na trhu. V neposlední řadě se práce snaží navrhnout možnosti ke zlepšení vybraného zařízení. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř tematických kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá významem ubytovacích a stravovacích služeb v cestovním ruchu. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na charakteristiku lokality, součástí této kapitoly je analýza konkurenčního prostředí a komparace služeb. Nejobsáhlejší kapitola je třetí, která se zabývá samotným provozem hotelu. Poslední kapitola uzavírá celou práci možnými návrhy ke zlepšení a doporučeními do budoucna. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to work out the operational study of the chosen hospitality facility, to evaluate its current situation -- a range and quality of provided services and equipment. And then, on the basis of the comparison with competition, to assess strengths and weaknesses of the hotel and its position on the market. The study also tries to offer some possibilities for improvement of the facility. The operational study is divided into four thematic chapters. The first chapter is focused on the importance of accommodation and catering services in the tourism industry. The second chapter concerns the character of the location and it also includes the analysis of the competition and the comparison of services. The most comprehensive chapter is the third one, which is focused on the hotel's products and hotel operation. The last chapter includes some proposals and reccommendations for improvement. |
