| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce na téma nástroje pro podporu spolupráce je zaměřena na groupwarové aplikace zabývající se více než jednou funkci současně. Jejím cílem je stanovit skupinu významnějších produktů na českém trhu, vyzkoušet jejich funkcionalitu, zhodnotit jejich vzájemné výhody a nevýhody z pohledu uživatele a určit nejvhodnější aplikace pro malé a velké skupiny. Pro dosažení vytyčeného cíle je třeba nejprve uvést, co jsou nástroje pro podporu spolupráce. Za druhé musíme stanovit jaké funkce by měl groupware obsahovat. Za třetí potřebujeme blíže určit, podle kterých kritérií a s jakou váhou hodláme tyto nástroje hodnotit. Dalším důležitým krokem je pak stanovení konkrétních aplikací, které v rámci práce budou testovány, k čemuž slouží především výsledky vyhledávání klíčových slov na internetu a statistické průzkumy menšího rozsahu, které byly pořízeny autorem. Hlavní část práce tvoří vlastní testování zvolených aplikací v závislosti na jejich dostupnosti. U větší části z nich k testování slouží zkušební verze (trial) s časově omezenou možností užívání. Na konci práce pak budou výsledky získané testováním srovnány a vyhodnoceny. |

| Abstract: | This thesis on the topic tools for collaboration support is focused on groupware applications dealing with more than one function simultaneously. The aim is to determine a group of major products on Czech market, to test their functionality, to evaluate their mutual advantages and disadvantages from user's perspective and determine the most suitable applications for small and large groups. To achieve above stated aim, first, we have to note, what the tools for collaboration are. Second, we have to determine what features should be included in the groupware. Third, we need to specify what criteria and weight which we intend to evaluate these instruments with. Another important step is to determine the specific applications that will be tested within the frame of this thesis. For this purpose serve especially the results of keyword search on the Internet and informal small-scale statistical surveys obtained by author of the theses. The main part of the thesis includes testing of chosen applications depending on its availability. The greater part of chousen applications is being tested in the trial version with the temporary license for use. In the end of the, the results gained by tests will be compared and evaluated. |
