| Abstract: | Primárním cílem této práce je aplikovat teorii obnovy provozní techniky v podmínkách malého podniku a z výsledků této aplikace odvodit doporučení pro spolupracující organizaci. Sekundárním cílem práce je pozorovat a okomentovat specifika zmíněných podmínek. Metodami použitými k dosažení primárního cíle jsou hodnotová a nákladová analýza. Obě metody jsou použity k popisu současného stavu s důrazem na používanou provozní techniku a obě metody jsou použity ke zhodnocení alternativních návrhů, které jsou posuzovány na základě rozdílu očekávaných změn zisku v relaci k ziskům stávajícím. Hlavními výstupy této práce jsou dvě doporučení pro zvolenou firmu, přičemž jedno z nich se zabývá bezpečností pracovních podmínek a rizikem poruch, druhé se zabývá možností expanze firmy nákupem dalšího provozního zařízení. |

| Abstract: | The primary goal of this bachelor thesis is to apply machine renewal theory in conditions of small enterprise and from results of this application derive recommendations for co-operating organisation. Secondary goal of the thesis is to observe and comment specifics of such application in mentioned conditions. Methods used to achieve primary goal are value analysis and cost analysis. Both methods are used to describe current status with emphasis on used machinery and both methods are used to evaluate alternative suggestions which are judged according to difference in expected profits compared to current profits of company. Main outputs of this thesis are two recommendations for chosen company, one of them adressing the workplace safety and risks of malfunctions, the other one dealing with the possibility of expanding business by byuing the new piece of machinery. |
