| Abstract: | Cílem práce je popis a zhodnocení fungování a vzájemné kooperace středisek ve firmě MSV Liberec s.r.o. a návrhy opatření na zlepšení. Konfrontací empiricky zjištěných faktů s odbornou literaturou zhodnotit fungování systémů a vypracování návrhu na zlepšení. Přínosem bude podrobné zpracování reálného fungování společnosti a návrh možností dalšího zlepšování. |

The benefit will be detailed processing of real-world performance and design options for further improvement. |
