| Abstract: | V této bakalářské práci jsem si kladl za cíl prostudovat manažerskou metodiku Řízení podle kompetencí a vytvořit návrh aplikace podporující strategické rozhodování podle této metodiky. Nutnou a velmi důležitou první částí je rešerše samotné Metodiky, těžiště práce ovšem spočívá v analýze možností její programové podpory. Na základě takového zadání pak v práci identifikuji požadavky a popisuji funkce navrhované aplikace pomocí modelů případů užití. V souladu s nimi je pak v práci navržena programová architektura, návrh tříd i dat. Práce jako celek pak má posloužit jako základ k vytvoření aplikace, která usnadní nasazování a zefektivní uplatňování postupů metodiky Řízení podle kompetencí. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis aims to study manager methodology Management by Competencies and design application to support making of strategic decisions based on this methodology. Necessary and very important first part is description of the methodology itself; however, the focus of the thesis lies in the analysis of potential of its application support. On the basis of this assignment the work identifies requirements and describes application functions using use-case models. According to these models an application architecture, class and data design are suggested. This thesis contribution lies in approach towards creation of application which simplifies and streamlines implementation and use of the methodology. |
