| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou lůžkového fondu zdravotnických zařízení v České republice. Hlavním cílem práce je určit determinanty, které nejvíce ovlivňují jeho velikost. Velká pozornost je také věnovaná struktuře nemocniční péče a analýze vývojových trendů v této oblasti v České republice a ve vybraných zemích OECD. V souladu s provedeným výzkumem lze říci, že lůžkový fond je v ČR rozmístěn rovnoměrně a jeho velikost do velké míry odzrcadluje demografickou strukturu obyvatelstva v jednotlivých regionech. Navzdory tomu hlavním determinantem, určujícím absolutní rozsah lůžkového fondu jsou centrálně uskutečňovaná administrativní rozhodnutí. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals on bed medical facility in the Czech Republic. The main goal is to identify the determinants that impact most on its size. Great attention is paid to the structure of hospital care and analysis of trends in this area in the Czech Republic and in selected OECD countries. According to research carried out can be said that the bed fund is evenly distributed in the Republic and its size is largely influenced by demographic structure of the population in each region. Despite this major determinant, determining the extent of absolute bed funds are centrally carried out by administrative decision. |
