| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá způsobem financování středního školství v České republice. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část je zaměřena na jednotlivé finanční zdroje středních škol a možnosti jejich použití. Důraz je kladen především na prostředky ze státního rozpočtu rozdělované Ministerstvem školství, mládeže a tělovýchovy. Druhá část obsahuje srovnání ČR se zeměmi OECD pomocí vybraných indikátorů oblasti středního školství. Závěrečná třetí část se věnuje hospodaření Gymnázia Vrchlabí v letech 2007 -- 2010. Pozornost je věnována především meziročním rozdílům a jejich příčinám. Práce rovněž obsahuje možná doporučení, která vedou ke zlepšení finanční situace vybrané školy. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis focuses on the ways of financing the secondary level of education in the Czech Republic. The work is divided into three parts. The first part concentrates on individual financial resources of secondary schools and the possibilities of their usage. The emphasis has been placed mainly on the means from the state budget distributed by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. The second part consists of the comparison of the Czech Republic with OECD countries with the help of selected indicators of secondary schools area. The final, third, part focuses on the management of Gymnázium Vrchlabí between the years of 2007 -- 2010. The attention is mainly paid to interannual differencies and their causes. The thesis also includes possible recommendations leading to an improvement in the financial situation of the selected school. |
