| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na využití sociálních sítí v komerční sféře. Je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí, v první části definuje sociální sítě, uvádí jejich příklady a popisuje jejich vývoj. Konkrétně se zabývá vybranými sítěmi a ty blíže popisuje. Dále představuje možnosti využití těchto sítí ve firemní praxi, kde uvádí konkrétní příklady využití nabízených funkcionalit. V druhé části se zaměřuje na vybraný vzorek firem, ve kterém identifikuje firmy, které sociální sítě (Facebook a Twitter) využívají a ty blíže zkoumá. Zkoumá reálnou komunikaci těchto firem a blíže ji analyzuje. Na závěr uvádí příklady dobré a špatné komunikace a doporučení pro využití sociálních sítí v komerční sféře. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis is focused on using social networks in commercial sector. Is divided in two main parts, in first part are defined social networks, given examples and described history. Thesis specially deals with selected networks and describes them in detail. Furthermore presents a possible use of social networks in corporate practice and provides concrete examples of offered functionalities. The second part focuses on a selected sample of companies in which identifies companies that use social networks (Facebook and Twitter) and studies them more. Studies real communication of these companies and analyze it further. At the end gives examples of good and bad communication and recommendations for using social networks in commercial sector. |
