| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá mezinárodně poskytovanými asistenčními službami v oblasti zdravotní asistence. Cílem této práce je představit prostředí asistenčních služeb a přiblížit problematiku jejich poskytování na příkladu konkrétní asistenční společnosti. Pro účely této práce bylo vypracováno dotazníkové šetření zaměřené na postoj klientů vůči pojištění léčebných výloh a asistenčním službám samotným. |

The goal of this work is to present assistance services and problems that are connected with them on an example of concrete assistance company. For this work was drawn up a questionnaire, which was focused on the approach of clients to insurance of medical expenses and to assistance companies. |
