| Abstract: | V bakalářské práci se zabývám účetní reformou v oblasti veřejných financí a jejími dopady na účetnictví a výkaznictví státních příspěvkových organizací. V práci jsou nejdříve charakterizovány státní příspěvkové organizace. Dále je řešena problematika účetní reformy v oblasti veřejných financí. Účetní reforma je rozčleněna do několika částí, které jsou v práci postupně popisovány. V závěru práce jsou řešeny změny v účetnictví státních příspěvkových organizací, které nastaly od 1. 1. 2010. |

At first are characterized state allowance organizations. Accounting reform in the sphere of public finance is solved below. The accounting reform is divided into several parts, that are in the thesis successively describing. At the end of the thesis are solved changes in accounting of state allowance organizations since 1. 1. 2010. |
