| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se věnuje aplikaci Amerických účetních standardů v prostředí společnosti Tupperware Czech Republic. Práce je rozdělena do pěti částí. První část se zabývá všeobecnými informacemi o Amerických účetních standardech. Druhá část je zaměřena na představení společnosti Tupperware Czech Republic.Ve třetí části jsou uvedeny důvody a cíle aplikace Amerických účetních standardů v korporaci Tupperware. Čtvrtá část rozebírá vybraná účetní pravidla stanovená mateřskou společností tak, aby odpovídaly pravidlům US GAAP, jejich úpravu pro aplikovatelnost v prostředí Tupperware Czech Republic a v neposlední řadě jejich úpravu pro potřeby statutárního účetnictví. A v páté, poslední, části je popsáno reportování výsledků mateřské společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis attends to application of U. S. accounting standards in a corporate enviroment of Tupperware Czech Republic. The thesis is dividend into five parts. The first part deals with general information on U. S. accounting standards. The second part focuses on introduction of Tupperware Czech Republic. In the third part the reasons and objectives of application of U. S. accounting standards in the Tupperware Corporation are. The fourth part analyzes the selected accounting rules set by the parent company to meet the U. S. GAAP rules and their adjustments for applicability in the enviroment of Tupperware Czech Republic and not least needs to be adjusted for statutou accounting. And the fifth and last section describes the reporting of results for the parent company. |
