| Abstract: | Tato práce je zaměřena na vazby mezi realitním a hypotečním trhem. Zabývá se problematikou, jak banky ovlivňují realitní trh prostřednictvím poskytování úvěrů developerským společnostem na výstavbu a drobným klientům na koupi nemovitosti. Dále práce popisuje skutečnosti, které na trzích nastaly v letech 2007-2010, analyzuje příčiny vzniku těchto skutečností a zkoumá reakce subjektů, které na trzích vystupují. |

| Abstract: | This work is focused on relationships between real estate and mortgage market. It deals with the issue of how banks affect real estate market by providing loans to developers companies to building-up and retail customers to purchase real estate. Work also describes the facts that the markets have occurred in 2007-2010, analyzing the causes of these facts and examines the behaviour of organizations, which markets perform. |
