| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na účetní systém ve Vietnamu. Na začátku, stručně shrnuje vývoj účetnictví ve Vietnamu. Dále se zabývá regulací účetnictví ve Vietnamu a to rozebírá se hlavně všeobecný standard číslo 1, zákon o účetnictví, specifický účetní předpisy pro podniky. Závěrem je vypracovaná studie o auditu ve Vietnamu. Práce věnuje pozornost současným požadavkům k získání Certifikátu k povolení provozování účetních služeb osobám i společnostem, a získání osvědčení auditora a podmínkám vznik auditorských firem ve Vietnamu |

The end of thesis is a study about auditing on Vietnam. The work pays attention to current requirements to obtain a certificate for operate the accounting and auditing services in Vietnam. |
