| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá právní úpravou celého procesu uzavírání a ukončování pojistných smluv. Vychází přitom ze zákona o pojistné smlouvě, občanského zákoníku a dalších právních předpisů z oblasti pojišťovnictví. Cílem této práce je rozebrat uvedenou problematiku a podat souhrnný přehled o náležitostech, právech a povinnostech spojených s uzavřením a ukončením pojistné smlouvy. |

The aim of this thesis is to analyze that issue and submit a summary on the requirements, rights and obligations associated with the conclusion and termination of insurance contracts. |
